During the class you will get comfortable on the trapeze, hoop, rope and silks, and learn the basics of going upside down!
This class is the next step in your aerial journey.
It is for students that have attended at least 2 blocks of beginners Aerial or already have aerial experience . Basic requirements are the ability to climb, be able to get up to sitting on a hoop and trapeze without assistance, be able to hang from hocks and have a minimum of 3 basic moves .
The course will introduce you to more moves building your vocabulary and ability in the air. You will begin to join moves together to make up sequences.
This class is also available on a drop in basis, subject to availability.
If a participant is under 18, our disclaimer must be signed by a parent or an adult of 18+.
Students are advised to wear comfortable clothing which covers most of their skin to avoid injury. Fitted, stretchy clothing such as leggings are most suitable.
