On Friday 7 July, as part of the Lord Mayors celebrations, resident company Lost in Translation Circus will take over Norwich City Hall for a performance of Cirque Bordello. Performers will abseil down the walls and swing across the balconies as the building becomes a backdrop for this exciting and very funny new show for all the family.

Can Madame and the staff of Hotel Bordello defeat their arch enemy the dastardly Banker, who is conniving and scheming to repossess the hotel so he can sell it and make lots of money? Watch the cast of 6 highly skilled acrobats, clowns and jugglers tell the story of how the tenants battle to save their home and livelihood through circus skills, physical comedy and theatre.

Cirque Bordello also features a specially written musical score by renowned composer and multi instrumentalist Roger Eno. Deeper social themes emerge but with thrills, gasps, laughs and drama there’s plenty for both adults and children to enjoy.

The free show starts at 8.45pm and last for 40-50 minutes.
